TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) Payment is due before I start making your plush. I don't accept deposits. Your commission fee and shipping costs must be paid for before I start.
2) I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission request.
3) No refunds are given if a request is canceled, either by the buyer or myself. I will not cancel any request unless the buyer is rude, sends continuous emails bugging me about the plush status or is innapropriate.
4) Buyer cannot change a commission request after it has been made.
5) If a buyer cancels his or her request, a refund will not be given if payment has already been made. Odds are that I would have already started making the plush and spent a bit of the money on materials to do so.
6) Full payment is due within three days of acceptance if you are paying by Paypal. Seven days if you are paying by money order. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS MUST USE PAYPAL! Payment must be in US Dollars.
7) I do not accept art trades as payment.
8) Failure to pay within the designated amount of time will result in your request being canceled and your name blacklisted from any future requests.
9) Each plush is HANDSEWN and HANDPAINTED entirely. I do not use a machine, and I AM NOT a machine. No two plushies will look exactly alike. Though they may be very similiar.
10) Animal, Chao, Mech and Mecha requests will be refused at this time.
11) All buyers must agree to pay FULL shipping costs on thier plush(ies). By default I ship priority mail w/tracking in the US. If you want shipping insurance, please request it and I will charge accordingly. International shipping is charged on a case by case basis. If you want absolute confidence in the mail system, then pay for the appropriate shipping. I will recommend EMS shipping to most international people.
12) Plushies do NOT have removable clothing.
13) I do NOT make accessories for plushies.
14) Each plush is made to the very best of my ability. I do NOT accept returns.
15) Plushies take from 4 to 10 weeks to complete, depending on how full my schedule is. Please keep this in mind when commissioning a plush.
16) I would prefer NOT to make any character that already has an official plush. Unless the character is in a different outfit from the official plush OR the official plush is extremely rare and hard to obtain(i.e. Final Fantasy 7 plushes and Saiyuki plushes).

For Example:
I would make an Orochimaru from Naruto, because he has no official plush.
I would NOT make a Naruto or a Kakashi, because both have several different official plushes and they are fairly easy to obtain.

PRICING

UFO Plush(7-10") BASE PRICE----$75 USD

Plushes with extra details, such as Sora from Kingdom Hearts or Sesshoumaru from Inuyasha would cost extra.(regular Sora-$90, Sesshoumaru-$100, any special form Sora-$120 just to give you an example)

MAKING A COMMISSION
